All of our rooms have wireless internet, cable television, hot water, telephone, air conditioning, a safe, and a coffee maker. Our standard rooms have one queen-sized bed, and our deluxe rooms have a king-sized bed or two smaller beds.

 

Our regular rates for 2 people vary during  4 different seasons: green (April 6 to June 30), blue (Sept. 8 to Oct. 31), high (Jan. 4 to March 27), and peak (Dec. 25 to Jan. 3, and Easter Week).

 

Standard room per night per couple: green - 70; blue - 75; high - 85; peak - 153

 

Deluxe room per night per couple: green - 80; blue - 85; high - 95; peak - 165

 

*For parties of 3 or 4, we a have a limited number of smaller beds that we can install in certain rooms. Each additional guest is 20 dollars per night. Parties of 3 or 4 are granted by special request only. 

 

Our package deals are discounted for stays of one week, ten days, or two weeks or longer. These deals are NOT available during Peak Seasons (see dates above). 

 

The following package deals are available during ONLY the green, blue, and high seasons:

 

green - one week (25% off); ten days (30% off); two weeks or longer (40% off)

blue - one week (23% off); ten days (28%); two weeks or longer (35% off)

high - one week (20% off); ten days (25% off); two weeks or longer (30% off)

 

We also have an amazing deal for weekends (Thurs-Sun), and the beginning of the week (Mon-Wed.) This is during high season only (Jan 4 - March 27). The weekend package is 20% off for two nights, and 30% off for three nights. From Mon to Wed, take 25% off for two nights, and 30% off for three nights.
